Dholera is a plotted-development company working exclusively in the Dholera SIR corridor. We acquire and consolidate land, obtain approvals, lay trunk infrastructure, and sell demarcated plots directly to buyers and investors.
Because we develop what we sell, the person who shows you the plot can also answer for the title, the road width and the possession date.

We only release plots where the title chain and legal opinion are complete and available for your advocate to review.
Infrastructure before sales
Roads, drainage, water and power ducting go into the ground during development — not as a future promise.
Transparent pricing
One price sheet, all charges listed. Preferential-location charges for corner and green-facing plots are stated up front.
Time for due diligence
We expect you to verify the RERA number, walk the plot and read the agreement. We give you the documents and the time to do it.
